Edelman
Workplace Advisory
Project Overview:
Edelman approached Wasena Creative with a challenge: they needed an innovative and engaging way to communicate an organizational redesign to various teams that were merging under the new Workplace Advisory division. The goal was to provide clarity and streamline communication about the restructuring process while keeping team members engaged.
Our Approach:
Through a consultative process, we collaborated closely with Edelman to identify the best method for communicating the changes effectively across platforms such as email and Slack. We proposed an interactive flip book, designed in an editorial style, which would break down the redesign into clear and visually appealing sections. This layout was chosen to ensure attention to detail while maintaining the reader's interest across various internal teams.
Solution:
The flip book we developed offered a seamless way to guide employees through the new team structures, roles, and workflows. Its interactive design allowed for easy navigation and quick reference, making it a tool that could be distributed across digital channels.
Results:
The flip book became a cornerstone of Edelman's internal communications for the Workplace Advisory team and continues to be used as a reference for ongoing team collaborations. By enhancing internal engagement and providing a cohesive guide for the transition, the tool helped ensure a smoother integration of the teams.
